These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Swapery’s website, products, technologies, and services. By using our website or purchasing Swapery products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms are drafted in alignment with international consumer law principles and apply to all users in Qatar and worldwide.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:


  • "Swapery" / "Company" refers to Swapery, headquartered in Qatar.

  • "Products" refers to all physical hardware developed by Swapery, including the Swapery Station, Swapery Battery, Swapery Case, accessories, and any future inventions.

  • "Intellectual Property (IP)" refers to all patents, trademarks, designs, and technologies created or registered by Swapery.

  • "User" / "Customer" refers to any individual purchasing or using Swapery products or browsing the Website.

2. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By using our Website or purchasing any Swapery product, you agree to:

  • Applicable local and international regulations related to electronic devices and battery products

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Patented Technology & Intellectual Property Rights

Swapery products incorporate patented designs, mechanisms, and battery swapping systems.

All intellectual property including trademarks, logos, product concepts, hardware designs, electronics, firmware, and mechanical systems is owned exclusively by Swapery.

3.1. Patent Protection

Swapery’s battery auto-swapping system and related hardware are protected under:


  • National patent registrations (Qatar)

  • International patent filings (via PCT or direct filings)

  • US Patent Office

Any attempt to replicate, reverse engineer, manufacture, distribute, or create derivative products is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties under international IP law.

3.2. Usage Restrictions

You may not:


  • Reverse engineer any product

  • Disassemble internal components

  • Copy or imitate product architecture

  • Create products relying on Swapery mechanisms

4. Product Description & Intended Use

Swapery products are designed as consumer electronic accessories for mobile devices.

Products include:


  • Swapery Station (auto battery-swapping system)

  • Swapery Battery (lithium-ion battery)

  • Swapery Case

  • Magnetic accessories

Intended Use

Products must only be used:


  • For charging mobile devices

  • With compatible phones and accessories

  • With official Swapery hardware

Any unauthorized use voids warranty and may cause safety risks.

5. Battery Handling & Safety (Critical Section)

Swapery uses advanced lithium-ion technology. By using these products, you agree to comply with international safety standards.

5.1. Battery Safety Requirements

Customers must:


  • Keep batteries away from heat sources above 45°C

  • Avoid puncturing, crushing, or bending the battery

  • Keep away from water and humidity

  • Stop using the battery immediately if it swells, leaks, or overheats

  • Only charge using official Swapery systems

  • Keep batteries away from children

5.2. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:


  • Opening or modifying the battery

  • Using damaged batteries

  • Charging the battery near flammable materials

  • Using counterfeit or third-party batteries

5.3. Customer Responsibility

Swapery is not responsible for:


  • Injuries resulting from unsafe handling

  • Fire, damage, or loss caused by unauthorized use

  • Third-party chargers or accessories used with Swapery hardware

6. Device Compatibility

Swapery products use magnetic systems (MagSafe style) and may not be compatible with all devices. Swapery also provides, with the full set package, a magnetic ring that can be used for devices which are not compatible with Swapery’s magnetic system.

Swapery is not responsible for:


  • Incompatibility with non-supported devices

  • Magnetic interference with medical devices including pacemakers

  • Reduced charging efficiency due to third-party cases

7. Warranty Policy

Swapery provides a limited global warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

7.1. Warranty Duration


  • Swapery Electronics: 6 months

  • Swapery Batteries: 12 months

7.2. Warranty Covers


  • Internal electronic failure

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Malfunction of auto-swap mechanism (if proven a factory defect)

7.3. Warranty Does Not Cover


  • Scratches, wear and tear

  • Water damage

  • Third-party accessories

  • Drops, impact, physical damage

  • Using non-Swapery batteries

  • Device incompatibility

  • Any modification or tampering

Warranty may require sending the product to Qatar or an authorized center.

8. Returns & Refunds

Swapery allows returns aligned with international consumer protection rules.

8.1. Conditions for Return


  • Product must be unused and in original sealed packaging

  • Returned within the return window (7–14 days depending on your country)

  • All accessories included

8.2. Non-returnable Items


  • Used batteries

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products missing parts

  • Clearance or promotional items

8.3. Refund Processing


  • Refunds may take 5–15 business days depending on bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.

9. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Customers agree to:


  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Use valid payment methods

  • Pay all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees

Prices may change without prior notice.

10. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Swapery ships globally.

10.1. Delivery

Delivery times vary based on region, customs, and logistics.

10.2. Risk of Loss

Risk transfers to the customer when:


  • The order is handed to the shipping carrier (for international orders)

  • The order is delivered to the customer address (within Qatar)

Swapery is not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swapery is not liable for:


  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Device damage caused by improper use

  • Battery incidents due to non-compliance

  • Damage due to third-party accessories

Swapery’s total liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.

12. User Conduct & Misuse Disclaimer

Users agree not to:


  • Abuse the product

  • Tamper with internal parts

  • Circumvent safety features

  • Use third-party components not certified by Swapery

  • Perform unauthorized repairs

Swapery will not be responsible for damages arising from misuse.

13. Maintenance & Care

To maintain product performance:


  • Clean the device using only the provided brush or a soft cloth

  • Do not use water or chemicals

  • Avoid exposure to dust, sand, extreme heat, or moisture

Improper maintenance voids warranty.

14. Intellectual Property & Patents

All content, patents, designs, software, technologies, packaging, and product architecture are the sole property of Swapery.

Any reproduction or copying, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

If you submit personal data, it will be processed according to:


  • Qatar’s data protection laws

  • International privacy regulations (GDPR principles)

Swapery does not sell or rent user data.

16. International Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with:


  • Local import regulations

  • Battery shipment laws

  • Electronic device certifications in their region

Swapery complies with:


  • Gulf product safety guidelines

  • IEC standards for electronics

  • International battery handling requirements

  • Battery case: FCC, CE, ROHS
